Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Design

Your tasks:

You are responsible for ensuring that the electrical construction complies with specifications and guidelines while adhering to the specified budget and schedule.
You will be responsible for the technical management of the “Electrical Design” team.
You organize the flow of information within the team and to the adjacent areas.
You ensure the required quality of the design by implementing a testing process.
You are responsible for creating and maintaining guidelines as well as procedural and work instructions for your work area.
You will also work intensively on the company-wide CIP process.
In addition to your management role, you will also be actively involved in customer projects.

Your profile:

You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position with management and possibly personnel responsibility. A completed technical university degree or electrical engineering training is required.
As an independent personality, you will impress with your analytical, forward-looking and authoritative way of working, which you will apply in the interests of the company.
Experience in creating circuit diagrams with EPlan P8 is required.
We require a basic understanding of physical and technical processes and interrelationships.
You react flexibly and constructively to new circumstances and requirements.
Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
