Thanks to the modular design of our systems and standardized control software, the automation of your system can be tailored to your specific requirements. Our outstanding interface design, e.g. with visualizations on a touch panel, makes working with SAT systems safe and user-friendly. Numerous expansion options keep your production flexible and expandable in line with new requirements.
Individual concepts
From the start of order processing, you will be assigned a personal contact person who will support you throughout the entire duration of the project. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, your local maintenance and operating personnel and our global service team work together to compare and refine the influencing variables. This ensures that project goals are achieved on time, safely and efficiently. We will be happy to provide you with a customized, needs-based offer.
Planning support
Our development engineers support you, for example, in the planning design of filling processes for newly developed vehicles in final assembly, drawing on our extensive development experience from over 1,200 implemented system installations.
Range of services
Our range of services includes all-inclusive installation and installation supervision, commissioning, performance records, training (also in-house) and production support (stand-by).
Maintenance offers
Professional and regular maintenance of our products by our service department can prevent downtimes and significantly increase the service life of the technology. Technically highly sensitive parts (e.g. our filling adapter) between the system and the vehicle are exposed to high loads during operation. The condition of this elementary system equipment therefore has a major influence on the reliability and accuracy of the entire filling process. Maintenance ensures safety and the best possible performance.
Adapter test bench
If you want to carry out adapter maintenance in-house, this can be done on our specially designed adapter testing system. Talk to us. We will be happy to provide you with a customized maintenance offer.
After-sales concept
With our SAT After Sales Service, we offer you – in addition to the supply of spare parts – maintenance, modifications and revisions of systems through our global service network.
