COMPACT – this is the name of SAT STERLING’s latest generation of individual or combined filling systems with integrated console for media filling in reworking or in the intermittent production of motor vehicles or commercial vehicles.
SAT-COMPACT filling systems impress with their compact dimensions and high variability in terms of installation location, intended use and connection to the production system. Despite their low investment costs, SAT COMPACT filling systems offer SAT STERLING’s globally recognized process and filling quality.

SAT STERLING filling systems from the Movable product group are optimized for fast-running assembly lines with a production volume > 25 jobs per hour.
The filling process runs 100% automatically with SAT Sterling filling systems. The worker starts the process at the touch of a button - we do the rest, reliably and with maximum precision.
95% automatic: SAT STERLING filling systems offer up to 95 automated handling. Remove the adapter, put it on, click it in - done. The rest runs completely automatically.
SAT STERLING filling systems are individually tailored to the customer's requirements. Our filling technology therefore fits seamlessly into the existing structures of the production facility.

COMPACT
A SAT-COMPACT filling system contains all the components required to evacuate and fill a vehicle system.
In a SAT-COMPACT filling system, the mechanical cabinet including the filling module and the control cabinet for controlling the system are housed in two separate cabinets, both of which are mounted on a common base frame. Mounted heavy-duty castors on the base frame make the system mobile and completely freely positionable.
The adapter for vehicle filling is selectively connected via an adapter quick connector plate or quick couplings directly with the mobile console. Due to these connection principles, a fast exchange of the adapter with the hose package is possible at any time. Suspension and balancer facilitate handling of the adapter.
SAT STERLING filling adapters are drip-free and can be equipped with special sensors for pressure and vacuum measurement. The integrated sensors allow recording of process values – as close to the vehicle system as possible.
Despite their attractive investment costs, SAT-STERLING-COMPACT systems are always tailored to the customer’s individual requirements, whereby the components can be selected according to the customer’s standard or based on the SAT standard that has been successfully tried and tested over decades.

A SAT-STERLING-COMPACT-SINGLE filling system with integrated console contains all the components required for evacuating and filling a medium.
COMPACT COMBI
A SAT-STERLING-COMPACT-COMBI filling system with integrated console contains all the components required for evacuating and filling various media. In principle, the number of media is unlimited. The filling modules and control cabinet are also housed in different cabinets in a combined system. All filling modules of a combined system are controlled from a common control cabinet.
Integration and automation
Like all SAT-STERLING filling systems, the COMPACT filling systems also offer the full range of production system connectivity. These include system-internal recipe management, registry by hand scanner, print of results on vehicle data sheet, central recipe control by server system with automatic vehicle identification (via scanner, camera or RFID) and the final storage of the filling results in the existing production system database.
The actual filling process typically runs fully automatically after the button on the filling adapter is pressed – regardless of the connection to the production system.
REWORK FUNCTION
SAT-STERLING-COMPACT filling systems with integrated console can be extended with various rework functions, e.g. the “flushing” function for the brake fluid filling process and “recycling” for the refrigerant filling process; this enables the emptying or filling of already partially filled vehicle or test systems.
