To strengthen our team based in Dägeling near Itzehoe (northwest of Hamburg), we are looking for the next possible date for a

Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Assembly

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the “Electrical Assembly” team.
You are responsible for the execution of electrical installations in compliance with quality requirements and the specified cost and time frame.
You plan the deployment of personnel and tools.
You create and maintain the process and work instructions for your work area and work on the standardization and improvement of assembly processes.
You organize the flow of information within the team and to the adjacent areas, in particular electrical design and service.
You will take on the role of the responsible electrician (VEFK) and, if necessary, operational activities in electrical installation.

Your profile:

You have completed a relevant electrical engineering apprenticeship and have an additional qualification as a master craftsman or similar.
You preferably have practical experience in a comparable position with management and possibly personnel responsibility.
In addition to very good technical qualifications, you should be able to recognize tasks independently and have very good communication skills.
You react flexibly and constructively to new circumstances and requirements.
Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
