As part of a parental leave replacement in the “Supply Chain Management” team based in Dägeling near Itzehoe (northwest of Hamburg), we are looking for the next possible date for a

Employee (m/f/d) commercial processing (internal sales)

(for an initial period of 24 months)

YOUR TASKS:

• You clarify customer inquiries, prepare spare parts quotations, check orders, create orders and ensure on-time delivery and invoicing for our customers in Germany and abroad.
• You take care of the shipping documents and dispatch, taking into account the applicable export and customs regulations.
• You clarify the payment modalities with the customer (e.g. letters of credit, guarantees, etc.).
• You take care of the necessary master data maintenance (spare parts prices, supplier declarations, etc.) in our SAP system.
• You are the communication interface for commercial processing with NKE.
• You take on substitution tasks within the team.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in industrial engineering or business administration.
• You have gained initial professional experience in the field of commercial order processing.
• You have business and technical understanding.
• Good written and spoken English skills are required.
• Knowledge of export and customs clearance is an advantage.
• If possible, you should have SAP knowledge in the SD module and in Board.
• You are characterized by an independent and reliable way of working.
• You have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• You are flexible and able to work under pressure.
