To strengthen our team based in Dägeling near Itzehoe (northwest of Hamburg), we are looking for a

Technical writer (m/f/d)
or
(Project) employee (m/f/d) for technical documentation

Your tasks:

• Preparation of the complete technical documentation – consisting of operating, installation and service instructions – for our plant and system solutions, including on-time delivery.
• Revision of existing documents and adaptation to new requirements (incl. incorporation of applicable standards and guidelines).
• Creation of training documents for our customers.
• Compilation of documents in digital and printed form.
• Collaboration in the standardization of technical documentation.
• Support of the technical project management with elaborations.
• Identification of potential for improvement and active participation in process optimization in the area of documentation.

Your profile:

• Completed technical training, further training as a technician (m/f/d) or technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering).
• Ideally training as a technical writer (m/f/d) and experience in technical documentation.
• Good technical understanding.
• Good verbal skills and the ability to present complex content in an understandable way.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and openness to new ideas.
• Structured and transparent way of working, perseverance in following up on open points.
• Enjoy process optimization in the field of technical documentation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
