To strengthen our “Engineering” team based in Dägeling near Itzehoe (northwest of Hamburg), we are looking for the next possible date for a

Team Leader (m/f/d) Purchasing and Logistics

YOUR TASKS:

• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of purchasing and logistics (including substitution and staffing regulations).
• You are responsible for organizing and assigning all tasks and participating in interdisciplinary meetings.
• You determine the key figures and reports for managing the division with the support of Controlling.
• They coordinate intensively with the work preparation and production departments.
• You will be responsible for evaluating and improving all processes, including interfaces with internal and external departments, with their involvement.
• They are driving forward the modernization of logistics infrastructure, digitalization and automation.
• You will be responsible for the active strategic and organizational management of purchasing issues (e.g. make or buy decisions, joint projects with international sister companies).

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, an additional qualification as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or a business/technical degree.
• Ideally, you have proven practical experience in supply chain or project management.
• They are able to recognize tasks independently and implement them on their own responsibility.
• You combine strong communication and teamwork skills with an open-minded approach to innovation.
• You already have knowledge of SAP.
• Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
