At our headquarters in Dägeling near Itzehoe (northwest of Hamburg), we are offering an apprenticeship in the dual system in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Wedel for 2026 as a
Bachelor of Science (m/f/d) in Industrial Engineering and Management
Would you like to combine work experience with your studies? We will be at your side with help and advice throughout your studies. This is ensured by our competent contact persons as well as a schedule that is personally tailored to you.
A major advantage of the dual study program is the balanced relationship between theory and practice.
Due to their wide-ranging qualifications, industrial engineers are sought-after specialists.
We offer a practice-oriented dual study program in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Wedel.
The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years.
During your internship semester, you will work in all relevant areas of our company (with a focus on supply chain management). You will work independently on defined tasks and ideally be involved in the implementation/introduction of the corresponding solutions.
You will also support the specialist departments in operational business.

YOUR PROFILE:
- You have acquired the general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification.
- You have already completed initial vocational training in an industrial environment (not essential).
- You are characterized by an independent, analytical and reliable way of working as well as communication and teamwork skills.
- You have an understanding of business and technology.
- You should have a good command of written and spoken English.
