To strengthen our team based in Dägeling near Itzehoe (northwest of Hamburg), we are looking for the next possible date for a

Commercial employee (m/f/d) / Team assistant

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for organizing business and Monday trips, including flight bookings in cooperation with the relevant travel agencies, as well as carrying out visa procedures.
• You are responsible for the switchboard and reception area during normal business hours.
• You will also be responsible for general administrative secretarial tasks, such as the procurement and management of advertising materials and office supplies.
• In addition, you will support the HR department in particular with the processing of applicant correspondence, time accounting for external employees and administration of time management.
• In the event of bottlenecks, you will also help out in the area of accounting.

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment with customer contact.
• You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, preferably also knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
• We require good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are characterized by an independent, autonomous and reliable way of working. You also enjoy working in a team.
• You have an engaging, friendly and service-oriented manner.
• You are flexible and always open to new ideas.
