To strengthen our team based in Dägeling near Itzehoe (northwest of Hamburg), we are looking for the next possible date for a

commercial clerk (m/f/d)

with a focus on finance and accounting

part-time, initially limited to 24 months.

Your tasks:

• You will process travel expense reports for business and Monday trips in compliance with the current legal regulations, including credit card statements and the preparation of payment runs.
• In the area of asset accounting, you will manage fixed assets from investment requirements, subsidies and depreciation through to monthly and year-end closing.
• You will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, e.g. monitoring and processing the invoice receipt workflow, payment runs, dunning, bank postings, etc..
• You will be responsible for the organization and booking of business trips and for general administrative secretarial tasks.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
• You preferably have relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.
• You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, preferably also knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
• You are characterized by an independent, autonomous and reliable way of working.
• You have an engaging, confident and service-oriented manner.
• You are flexible and resilient.
• Knowledge of written and spoken English is desirable.
