On October 1, 2025, the business operations of Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH were transferred to MACEAS GmbH. As part of this restructuring, the employees of Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH also transferred to MACEAS GmbH.

At the same time, the shareholder structure of MACEAS GmbH has changed: The new sole shareholder is SNE Sterling Holding GmbH. This means that MACEAS is now part of the internationally active Sterling Group, which includes SAT Anlagentechnik GmbH (Germany), NKE Automation S.r.l. (Italy) and other locations in the USA, Brazil and China.

Nothing will change for our business partners in their day-to-day operations: contact persons, scope of services and quality will remain unchanged.
Current orders from Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH will be completed and invoiced as usual.
