For the expansion of our activities of SAT LLC in South Carolina (USA) we are looking for a<\/p>\n
(permanent or temporary)<\/p>\n
– Support of the installation and commissioning of Group Sterling equipment (e.g. filling, gluing, VIN marking) at customers’ sites
\n– On site first level support \/ troubleshooting support for our service team
\n– First level support \/ Troubleshooting by phone and on customers’ sites
\n– First contact for customer for after sales activities
\n– Build and maintain relationships with customers maintenance team
\n– Train and instruct customer maintenance team
\n– Carrying out maintenance work and calibration of measuring instruments
\n– Providing training and ramp-up support
\n– Handling of service and maintenance orders
\n– Ordering parts needed for maintenance if needed
\n– Manage supplier network in North America (rental equipment, tools, urgently needed parts, etc.)
\n– Developing the capabilities of SAT LLC
\n– Support of the SAT\/NKE Sales Team (onsite visits during offer phase etc.) <\/p>\n<\/ul>\n
– Independent and organized way of working and practical management skills
\n– Technical (mechanical and\/or electrical, electrical preferred) qualification
\n– Ability to install, repair, service, test, analyze and troubleshoot equipment
\n– Ability to read mechanical drawings, flow diagrams and electrical diagrams
\n– Knowledge in the field of fluidics and pneumatics
\n– Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
\n– Experience in the automotive industry and with production equipment
\n– Very good spoken and written English skills
\n– Structured and organized personality
\n– Ready to move the center of life to South Carolina, USA<\/p>\n
