The mechanical enclosures and control cabinet are mounted on a common base frame.<br>The base unit can either be positioned on a platform or at some distance from the line. At SAT MOVABLE COMBI systems control technology for all filling modules is integrated in a single cabinet. With a SAT MOVABLE COMBI, the control technology for all filling modules is integrated in a control cabinet.<br>The mobile console consists of the respective filling module, which is housed in a separate housing, and the proportional control technology.<br>The mobile console is suspended in a rail system and is moved automatically using the traversing unit &#8211; this ensures that filling runs synchronously with the line.<br>The adapter for vehicle filling is connected directly to the mobile console either via an adapter connection plate or via quick-release couplings. This means that the adapter and hosepack can be replaced quickly at any time.<br>SAT-STERLING filling adapters are drip-free and can be equipped with special sensors for pressure and vacuum measurement. The integrated sensor system enables the process values to be recorded &#8211; as close to the vehicle system as possible.<br>SAT-MOVABLE filling systems are tailored to the individual requirements of our customers.
